Thigh measurement should be taken approximately 2 inches from below your crotch or the widest part around. If your are between sizes, go to the next size larger. The waist is adjustable. It is best to order chaps a little bigger than your measurement to comfortably accomodate a pair of pants underneath. To hem your new chaps, simply use sharp scissors to cut them to the length you want. Ensure you measure the chaps with the footwear you will be wearing with your new chaps. We cannot accept returns on chaps that have been cut off.
