ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Some items are shipped by distribution warehouses for us and may require an extra day. Shipping methods are UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and US Postal Service Priority Mail. We will send you an email letting you know how your order was shipped and provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking number. Orders should be received within 10 business days or sooner. If you require faster shipping please contact us and we will see what options are available. Please provide a delivery address. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you do have a PO Box put it in the second address space and it will be used for items that are sent by Priority Mail.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
We accept orders from Canada and other Countries outside the US. Our cart is not set-up for foreign orders, so you will need to email me your order. We usually ship foreign orders by US Priority Mail International. Shipping cost is determined by weight and destination. I will email you back with the cost for shipping to your country and if you want to place your order I will email you a pay pal invoice for payment. You can pay your invoice by PayPal or Credit Card. We will ship your order within the week and provide you with a tracking number.
We make every effort in our catalog to keep our sizes available current. If you need a product by a specific time period it's best to email us for availability before you order. Some items we stock and some items are filled by distribution warehouses, so we will check if the item you need is available or will be delayed. If you place an order and the item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and let you know the estimated arrival of new stock. It's usually no more than 2 weeks. Your order will be placed on backorder and filled as soon as stock is available, unless you don't want to wait, then we will issue a refund.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.
*Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
*The item must be in the same new condition with tags on it.
*You need to send the item back at your expense within 30 days.
*We will pay for reshipping when the exchange is for the same item in a different size (not applicable for a different color or model number.) ONLY FOR US BUYERS
*For orders outside the US, you will need to pay the reshipping charges.
*Please e-mail us to notify us of the return and get instructions on how to handle the return. firstname.lastname@example.org some items come back to us and other items will be returned to a warehouse.
*You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
*For Refunds - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement, when items sent back have been received by us.

If you receive your order and it is defective or there is damage to the item, please email us, and send pictures if possible, within 24hrs, to notify us and get instructions on how to handle the return. Keep the packaging it came in, If it appears that the item was damaged in shipping.
