We don't have a multi-line telephone answering system.
When you call and get switched to our voice mail we are either on the phone with another customer or we are out of the office. If you leave a message be sure to leave a number we can reach you at. Calls will be forwarded to our home phone, so we will return your call ASAP even on the weekends. Your best bet is to email us if you can. We keep our email open 8AM - 9PM Eastern Time and throughout the weekend.
 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

We accept orders from Canada and other Countries outside the US. Our cart is not set-up for foreign orders, so you will need to email me your order. I will email you back with the cost for shipping to your country and if you want to place your order I will email you a pay pal invoice for payment. We will ship your order by US Priority Mail International.

 

AVAILABILITY

We make every effort in our catalog to keep our sizes available current.  The First Manufacturing Jackets, Vests & Chaps are very popular and come in and out of stock very quickly and are hard to keep up with. If you need one of their products by a specific time period it's best to email us for availability before you order. If you place an order and we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately and let you know the estimated arrival of new stock. It's usually no more than 2 weeks. Your order will be placed on backorder and filled as soon as stock is available, unless you don't want to wait, then we will issue a refund.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.
*Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
*The item must be in the same new condition with tags on it.
*You need to send the item back at your expense within 30 days.
*We will pay for reshipping when the exchange is for the same item in a different size (not applicable for a different color or model number.) ONLY FOR US BUYERS
*For orders outside the US, you will need to pay the reshipping charges.
*Please e-mail us to notify us of the return and get instructions on how to handle the return.

*For Refunds - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement, when items sent back have been received by us.
