I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. We were grateful to share a good time and a good meal with family and friends. The holiday rush is now on. Get your gifts bought early so you can relax and enjoy the season.

Planning: Winter is a great time to gather information to plan your next motorcycle tour. I'm currently working on a new section called Touring by state. I'm taking each state and listing the motorcycle laws, best roads to ride, national parks to visit and attractions to see. I'll list motorcycle friendly campgrounds and lodging information to help you plan out where to stay. I provide a list the major rallies and events you might want to plan on attending and supply you with resources and links to help you plan where you want to travel and what you'd like to see. I have information on North Carolina and Tennessee at the moment. I started with these states because the Appalachian Mountain region is such a rich area filled with wonderful twisty, scenic roads and lots of motorcycle resorts. We travel several states each year and are always on the lookout for great places to visit and fun roads to ride.

Events:
There are not to many motorcycle events in December to list. If you live in the south check out a local bike night or get involved in a toy run and make christmas special for a child. You can find local events for your area at www.motorcyclemonster.com.
