	Blue Ridge Parkway The Blue Ridge Parkways is the longest rural parkway in the United States. It runs 469 miles, connecting the Great Smoky Mountains in southern North Carolina to Shenandoah National Park in northern Virginia, and stretches across the southern Appalachian Mountains.
	Thunder Road Located close to the Dragon (Deals Gap) and Cherohala Skyway, all 28 miles of this winding, twisting road will keep you smiling.
	Scenic Fall Foliage Rides Fall is a great time to take a scenic ride to enjoy the reds and golds of the turning leaves. Layer up or put on your heated riding gear, then head out for a day trip, or a long weekend and welcome the fall riding season.
	North Shore Drive, Minnesota Stretching 154 Miles, along Lake Superior, from Duluth to Grand Portage is the beautiful and scenic, North Shore Drive, also known as Scenic Hwy 61. Give yourself a good 3-4 hours to drive this scenic byway and enjoy the sights.
	Arkansas Scenic 7 Enjoy a beautiful winding road through the Ozark Mountains. Arkansas's Highway 7 runs the length of the state from north to south for about 290 miles. It offers vistas of high-mountain meadows, rugged highlands, deep hollows, and hardwood forests.
	Hana Highway For more than 50 miles the Hana Highway curves crazily, with 600 hairpin curves, and 54 one-lane bridges spanning the many gorges. The Hana Highway (HI-360), leads you through lush, vibrant green landscapes, full of flourishing rainforests, flowing waterfalls with pristine pools, and the views occasionally open up to reveal dramatic seascapes of the Pacific Ocean with dark sandy beaches down below.
	Skyline Drive Experience 105 miles of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, driving this gently graded, sharply winding road. Explore Virginia from Front Royal to Rockfish Gap, through Shenandoah National Park.  This scenic area experiences dramatic changes with the seasons, and is a great ride.
	Cherohala Skyway The Cherohala  Skyway is a beautiful 36-mile national scenic byway. The highway runs between Santeetlah Gap 11 near Robbinsville, North Carolina, and Tellico Plains in Tennessee, crossing through the Cherokee National Forest in Tennessee and the Nantahala National Forest in North Carolina.
	Black Canyon of the Gunnison Natl. Park Black Canyon of the Gunnison Natl. Park can be found near Montrose Colorado.  We found this park to be a beautiful,  fun stop on our 2007 tour.  To take in the full beauty of the canyon we recommend driving down to the Gunnison River and also traveling along the canyon rim.
